What we collect
We only collect data for that which is necessary for you to access our API’s. This information relates specifically to your subscription and includes information such as your name, company name, address, phone number and email address.
This information is captured and stored in Stripe. We do not save or access any other data, for any other purpose.
The only information that is captured in our platform cloud service is your email address and it is required as an identifier for your subscription.
What we don’t collect
The nature of our service is that you supply your data to our API and we provide the service for you to control how that data is transformed.
No data you send us is persisted in any way and this includes system and API logs. All data is held and processed in memory and once the API call is done, all remnants of that data on the server side is destroyed.
If you contact us needing help with a particular issue, you may be asked to provide a sample dataset in order for us to reproduce the issue. That dataset you provide may or may not include sensitive information. It is your responsibility to ensure data is obfuscated/scrambled/mocked as need be prior to sending it to us.
In the case where you do send us sensitive information, it will be treated with the utmost of care and destroyed once the issue has been resolved.
We’ll never share your data
We don’t believe in it and have no reason to.
All care is taken to ensure no data is shared with any third party providers whatsoever.
